No refunds, no exceptions! Once you submit your order, it cannot be refunded or changed.

Exchanges
Exchanges only under the conditions specified below.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged and only if the items are defective or damaged. We must receive it within seven (7) business days of it being originally delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at DreamingKingsBusiness@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in the email.
Shipping
To return your product, you must first email us at DreamingKingsBusiness@gmail.com in order to get a refund. We will not process any exchanges without a valid receipt.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
